4. How do you apply for a stand?
• One must first apply to join the waiting list at an application fee of USD11.50 or Equivalent by Bank Rate.
• You can have the application forms either by visiting our offices or visit the following link click here. Scroll down the page and click on Application For Stand Form to download. Once done fill in the form attaching to it the proof of payment and then send it to email address: info@mutasardc.org.zw
• By joining the waiting list, you now have the privilege to purchase a stand from the council once they are available. However if a year lapses upon your application, you are required to renew the application in order to remain relevant on the waiting list, renewal fees USD 11.50 or Equivalent by Bank Rate.

5. How to change Property ownership and how long does it take for a cession to be approved
• To change the ownership of a stand, kindly visit our main offices at Mutasa District Service Centre
• You are required to come as both parties, with supporting documents that is Agreement Of Sale / Letter Of Inheritance/ Court ruling.
• It can only be changed of its ownership if there is development of the stand up to sublevel.
• Both parties will be required to complete a cession application form, which will be given at our reception desk, cession application can only be approved after a full council meeting which is held quarterly.

6. How do you acquire a business license
• Visit our main offices or sub offices at Hauna Growth Point or Tsvingwe
* You will be asked to complete a business license application form, indicating on it whether it’s a renewal of a license or its a new license
* Pay rates for the license, if the process is done at our main offices the license will be ready within 30 minutes time. However, if it is done through our sub-offices, the license will be ready for collection within a week’s time.

7. Do you have stands on sale, and their respective location
• Currently there are no stands on sale, once they are available it will be gazette including their respective locations

8. Do you draw building plans?

9. How long does it take for a building plan to be approved
• It takes approximately two weeks
• NB, before bringing your plans for approval your stand should have a valid Lease Agreement and also ensure that your plans are stamped by the Mutasa District Environmental Health Officer.

10. How long does it take for a lease Agreement to be approved
• Lease approval takes approximately two weeks.

11. How can one book an appointment with the CEO
• You can visit our offices in person and book your appointment with the CEO’s Personal Assistant.
• Or you can call our Switchboard lines 0772136925/26, you will have your call transferred to the CEO’s Personal Assistant who will assist you accordingly.

12. How does one apply for a water connection, and how long does it take before the application is approved
• You can visit our main offices or our sub offices to complete a water connection form at a set application fee or simply click on the following link to download the Water Connection Form click here.
• You are required to leave the forms at any of our three offices for approval which may take approximately two weeks.
• NB Water connection can only be applied for by a property that possesses a valid Lease Document.

13. How do you acquire for rates and outstanding debts for an owned property.
